Professor Kühne and Professor Goubergrits have successfully submitted a proposal to the DFG in the priority program "Robust Coupling of Continuum Biomechanical in silico Models for Active Biological Systems as a Precursor to Clinical Applications - Co-Design of Modeling, Numerics and Usability".
The proposal is entitled "Fluid-Structure-Interaction Modeling of the Heart Hemodynamics using Statistical Shape Models."
